We are part of the Cedar Pointe Villages complex, in which there are eight villages and four different associations: 1-5 (that’s us!), 6, 7 and 8.
We are located on SE Ocean Boulevard in Stuart, Florida just before the Hutchinson Island Bridge. Our location is prime and a five minute drive from the Atlantic Ocean, Stuart Beach and a few other beaches. The Hutchinson Island Marriott and Hilton are about two miles down the road. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants, theaters and shopping and are a five minute drive to famous downtown Stuart.
We are a 55+ community with a great group of residents (both year-round and seasonal). We enjoy having fun and our Social Club typically holds a party/event each month and there are scheduled card games. We have two pools (one heated and one is not). We are made up of ‘letter’ buildings ‘A’ through ‘O’ and have 140 units which are a combination of 2 bedroom/2 bath; 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath; 1 bedroom/1.5 bath and 1 bedroom/1 bath. Our units are one level but our buildings are two stories high (lower and upper level units).
We were built in the late sixties and most units have been remodeled. We are financially solvent and our Board of Directors does a great job running the place. Most units sell before they hit the market because of their “appeal-ability” (location, appeal and value).
Oh – and our weather is always GREAT - Sunny, 80̊ F with a nice breeze off the water; which is great for beaching, golfing, swimming, shopping and theater - if you like that kind of stuff ~
